Evergreen Oasis Counselling & Consulting, based in Shellbrook, SK, is now offering Mental Health First Aid training.

We currently offer two course options:

• Mental Health First Aid – Essentials, a one-day introductory course (6 hours) that provides a quick overview of key concepts and strategies.

• Mental Health First Aid – Certification, a comprehensive two-day course that provides official certification, valid for three years.

These courses are offered through Opening Minds – the Mental Health Commission of Canada and are facilitated by Morgan Choptuik, BSW, RSW.
