Billing Options

There are a variety of ways that an individual can pay for their sessions:

1) Individual pays for session out of their own pocket - individual will receive an invoice and payment options are listed on how to send payment

2) Direct Billing - many individuals have coverage through their work or personal benefits. Please check your coverage and ensure that you are covered for "Social Worker". Some companies allow us to direct bill (ex: Canada Life) where no upfront payment from the client is needed. Other companies require the client to send in their reciepts, so the client will pay Evergreen Oasis upfront, and then be reimbursed by their health benefits plan.

3) Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) - Treaty members are able to provide us with certain information, and we can direct bill their invoices to NIHB. The client must be approved, and no upfront payment is needed.

4) Victim's Services - If you have been a victim of a crime, you may be entitled to mental health support through Victims' Services.

5) Social Services - if you are in care of a child, they may be entitled to mental health supports through Social Services.

*If you have any questions regarding payment, feel free to reach out and we can answer any questions you may have, or be able to support you in finding appropriate funding*
